Who are we?
The name PPT came about because the three main levers to positively affect
your business are: PPT Solutions was formed in 2000 by Diane Hewitt, following over 20 years experience in the Call Centre industry at all levels, from Agent to Director, in a number of different markets, including advertising, drinks, telecommunications and other service industries. Previous roles include Head of National Membership Telesales for the Automobile Association and Director of Projects and Processes for Air Miles, in addition to setting up and managing numerous successful sales and customer service operations, from scratch. As a result of his skills in training and management, Phill White joined PPT as a Partner in 2001, to extend the Training offering, but also to manage the development of our Call Centre team. Phill's background is primarily in newspaper and magazine advertising, controlling the Field and Telephone operations for some of the country's most successful publications, including the nationally renowned Auto Trader Media Group, plus experience in the automotive and financial services industries. While Diane focuses on Business Development and Consultancy, Phill takes care of all Management and Training (both internal and external). Clients can therefore draw from a wealth of complementary experience: different views, approaches and skills, but the same shared values and beliefs for practical, pragmatic approaches which deliver results through quality of service in a fun, positive working environment.
